Firewire® 6 ft. (1.8m) 4-pin to 4-pin 400Mbps cable for connecting Firewire digital video and audio devices, external drives or other self-powered devices. It provides a direct digital link to as many as 63 devices and delivers multi-media data in real-time. Its 24k gold-plated copper contacts provide excellent conductivity for accurate high-speed transmissions. This cable offers plug-and-play technology and exceeds the latest IEEE 1394 standards for reducing radio frequency and electromagnetic interference. It complies with fully-rated cable specifications reducing electromagnetic/radio frequency interference (EMI/RFI). It is compatible with Mac® and PC computers, as well as all Apple FireWire and Sony i.LINK™ devices. Its molded-strain relief construction provides internal stress relief at the termination point and flex relief at the cable exit.
